^* VacationClub reserves the right to modify the list of apartments excluded from the offer during the promotion, also for Vacation Packages already purchased or partially realized. The number of nights in a given apartment covered by the promotion is limited and amounts to 10 nights in a calendar year for each apartment participating in the promotion.

Each 6 days- (5 nighst-) stay has to be carried out in a different VacationClub apartament, according to the kind of Vacation Packages.

Each Package includes accommodation for 2, 4, 6 or 8 people depending on the type of apartment.

The given number indicates the maximum number of guests who can use the reservation in a given apartment. With fewer guests than indicated by the apartment, the price remains unchanged.

Each of the Packages can be used personally or given as a gift. At the time of purchase, please provide the name of the person who will be using the Package.

It is also possible to change the name of guests in particular reservations. This involves a one-time fee of 349 PLN.

Each stay purchased as part of the Vacation Package is entitled to a one-time change of the date, which involves an additional fee of 299 PLN. The change should be reported no later than 7 days before the planned date of arrival, otherwise the stay is considered to have been completed on the original date.

Guests may purchase meals at selected partner hotels: Marine Hotel***** & Ultra Marine, Diune Hotel***** & Resort, Radisson Resort Kołobrzeg, Radisson Blu Resort Świnoujście, Max Health Resort SPA, ARCHE Fabryka Samolotów Mielno, Cristal Resort Szklarska Poręba, Radisson Hotel Szklarska Poręba, Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences Zakopane. The partner hotel depends on the chosen destination and apartment location.

Guests may also order breakfast delivery to apartments in: Kołobrzeg, Ustronie Morskie, Sianożęty, Gąski, Zakopane, Karpacz, Wisła.

The meal option is not available in: Międzyzdroje, Pobierowo, Rogowo, Dziwnów, Ostróda, Gdynia, Gdańsk, Kłodzko, Czarna Góra - Stronie Śląskie, Polanica-Zdrój, Duszniki-Zdrój & Zieleniec, Szczyrk, Ustroń, Jelenia Góra.

Our Guests are offered access to the SPA area in one of the partner hotels.

Apartments located within: Marine Hotel***** & Ultra Marine, Diune Hotel***** & Resort, Royal Tulip Sand*****, Cristal Resort Szklarska Poręba – include unlimited access to the pool area.

Guests staying in Baltic Park Fort and Baltic Park Molo Apartments in Świnoujście receive preferential access to Baltic Park Molo Aquapark (next to Radisson Blu Resort): 1 hour daily, each additional minute or hour with a 50% discount.

Apartments outside the above-listed facilities – may use single-entry passes to the pool area according to the valid price list.

Access conditions and additional services depend on the location and type of apartment.

Final Cleaning Fee - A mandatory final cleaning fee for the apartment is payable upon Mobile Check-in, in accordance with § 3 para. 3 of the Booking Conditions.

Swimming Pool Service Fee – A swimming pool service fee of PLN 4.99 per person, per day applies to apartments located in:

On the day of check-in, we charge a deposit in accordance with § 3 para. 4 of Booking Conditions (Booking Conditions | VacationClub)

In certain apartments it is possible to stay with a pet. The additional fee is 40 PLN per pet, per night.

The fee for an additional person (e.g. for 5 people if the apartment is 4-person) is 100 PLN per person and / or 50 PLN per child up to 12 years old per night. The mattress and additional bed linen / towels must be provided by guests themselves.

It is possible to rent a baby bed for children aged 0-3 years for 60 PLN per night. Quantity available according to availability, reservation required in advance.

The offer does not include the climate fee / spa tax (the amount of the fee depends on the decisions made by the local authorities).
