The gift E-Voucher is an electronic monetary voucher with a value of 50 PLN, 100 PLN, 200 PLN, 500 PLN, or 1000 PLN, which can be redeemed for accommodation services in apartments and huts in Poland, as well as for international travels.

Payment with the gift E-Voucher for accommodation in Poland does not cover additional services, such as apartment cleaning, meals, or pet stay.

Payment with the gift E-Voucher for an overseas trip covers the cost of the tour, but does not include additional insurance or parking fees.

Gift E-Vouchers are sent in PDF format to the email address provided by the Guest. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.

Gift E-Vouchers can be used within 12 months of purchase.

Redemption of the gift E-Voucher is possible throughout the whole year.

In case of a difference resulting from the price of the stay, it is possible to combine forms of payment (i.e. travel voucher, payment by credit or debit card, bank transfer).

If the gift E-Voucher is still valid, you can use the remaining balance and enjoy your next stay at VacationClub apartments.

If the gift E-Voucher has expired, it cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent, either in full or in part.

Purchased E-Vouchers are only available as a non-refundable offer and cannot be returned.

There is a possibility to extend the validity period by another 6 months.

This involves an additional charge of 199 PLN.

The gift E-Voucher can be used personally or given as a gift.

At the time of purchase, name of the person who will use the E-Voucher has to be given.

It is also possible to change the name of guests to whom we would like to give the E-Voucher.

This involves an additional charge of 299 PLN.

Guests are given the possibility to purchase boarding option in one of the partner hotels: Marine Hotel***** & Ultra Marine, Diune Hotel***** & Resort, Radisson Resort Kołobrzeg, Radisson Blu Resort Świnoujście, Max Health Resort SPA, ARCHE Fabryka Samolotów Mielno, Cristal Resort Szklarska Poręba, Radisson Hotel Szklarska Poręba, Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences Zakopane.

The location of the partner hotel depends on the chosen destination and location of the apartment.

Boarding option is not available for the following locations: Międzyzdroje, Mielno, Sopot, Gdynia, Karpacz.

During Mobile Check-In, the mandatory final cleaning fee for the apartment must be settled in accordance with § 3(3) of the Booking Terms (https://vacationclub.pl/warunki-rezerwacji), as well as a service fee for pool access of 4.99 PLN per person per day in Kołobrzeg, Świnoujście, and Szklarska Poręba (selected properties).

On the check-in day, we collect a security deposit in accordance with § 3(4) of the Booking Terms (https://vacationclub.pl/warunki-rezerwacji).

Selected apartments allow pets. An additional fee of 40 PLN per pet per night applies.

The fee for an additional person (e.g., a 5th guest in a 4-person apartment) is 100 PLN per person and/or 50 PLN per child up to 12 years old per night. Guests must provide their own mattress, extra bedding, and towels.

A baby cot for children aged 0-3 years is available for rent at 60 PLN per night. The number of cots is limited, and prior reservation is required.

The offer does not include the tourist/resort tax (the amount is determined by local authorities).
