Regulations of the Unsupervised Parking Lot

  1. These Rules and Regulations define the terms of use of the unsupervised parking lot located on the premises of VacationClub Resort Dźwirzyno (hereinafter referred to as the "Parking Lot").
  2. The Parking Lot is the property of the Property Manager, and traffic management on its premises complies with the provisions of law and the applicable signage.
  3. The owner of the property is the relevant entity indicated in the facility's documentation, while the property manager is Zdrojowa Rent 2 Sp. z o.o.
  4. The use of the Parking Lot is subject to a fee in accordance with the current price list or the terms of the concluded agreement.
  5. The Parking Lot is an unsupervised parking lot. The Manager does not supervise the vehicles left behind and is not responsible for their safekeeping.
  6. Leaving a vehicle in the Parking Lot does not constitute the conclusion of a storage agreement, nor does it result in the assumption of liability for the vehicle or its equipment.
  7. The Manager is not liable for the loss, damage, or theft of the vehicle, its equipment, or any items left inside the vehicle.
  8. Every user of the Parking Lot is obliged to comply with traffic regulations, applicable signage, and instructions from the Manager. The following are prohibited:
    • Parking on fire lanes, internal roads, spaces designated for emergency services, or in a manner that obstructs traffic or endangers safety.
    • Performing vehicle repairs, changing operating fluids, washing vehicles, and any other activities that may cause contamination or damage to the surface.
  9. A speed limit of 10 km/h applies on the premises of the Parking Lot.
  10. Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking spaces, in a manner that does not obstruct the use of the Parking Lot by other users.
  11. The Manager has the right to refuse entry or remove a vehicle left in violation of the Rules and Regulations from the Parking Lot, at the owner's expense and risk.
  12. CCTV monitoring conducted on the premises of the Parking Lot serves solely to ensure the safety of persons and property and does not constitute a form of vehicle surveillance.
  13. The user of the Parking Lot bears full liability for any damage caused through their fault to third parties, other vehicles, or the infrastructure of the Parking Lot.
  14. In the event that a vehicle is left in a manner that prevents other users from using the Parking Lot or violates the provisions of law, the Manager may order its removal at the vehicle owner's expense.
  15. Entering or driving into the premises of the Parking Lot constitutes acceptance of the provisions of these Rules and Regulations.
  16. The Manager reserves the right to amend these Rules and Regulations. The current version of the Rules and Regulations is available in publicly accessible areas within the facility.
