Each 7 days- (6 nighst-) stay has to be carried out in a different Vacation Club apartament, according to the kind of Vacation Packages

Each Package includes accommodation for 2, 4 or 6 people depending on the type of apartment.

The given number indicates the maximum number of guests who can use the reservation in a given apartment. With fewer guests than indicated by the apartment, the price remains unchanged.

Each of the Packages can be used personally or given as a gift. At the time of purchase, please provide the name of the person who will be using the Package.

It is also possible to change the name of guests in particular reservations. This involves a one-time fee of 299 PLN.

Each stay purchased as part of the Vacation Package is entitled to a one-time change of the date, which involves an additional fee of 200 PLN. The change should be reported no later than 7 days before the planned date of arrival, otherwise the stay is considered to have been completed on the original date.

Guests are given the possibility to purchase boarding option in one of the partner hotels: Marine Hotel***** & Ultra Marine, Diune Hotel***** & Resort, Radisson Resort Kołobrzeg, Radisson Blu Resort Świnoujście, Hotel Meduza***, Cristal Resort Szklarska Poręba, Radisson Hotel Szklarska Poręba.

The location of the partner hotel depends on the chosen destination and location of the apartment.

Boarding option is not available for the following locations: Międzyzdroje, Sopot, Gdynia, Karpacz.

We offer our guests free access to the SPA zone located in one of the partner hotels.

Access conditions and additional services depend on the city.

In Kołobrzeg (except for Radisson Resort Kołobrzeg), Mielno and Szklarska Poręba, we offer free and unlimited access to the entire SPA zone: swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym and Kids Clubs.

For guests of VacationClub with exclusive access to the aquapark and SPA zone at the Radisson Resort Kołobrzeg ★★★★ we offer the preferential terms: 1 hour a day free of charge, every next minute or hour - 50% discount.

In Świnoujście, VacationClub guests receive access to the Baltic Park Molo Aquapark, located next to the luxurious Radisson Blu Resort, on preferential terms: 1 hour a day for free, and each additional minute or hour with a 50% discount.

The mandatory final cleaning fee for the apartment to be paid on spot in accordance with § 3 para. 3 of the Booking Conditions (https://vacationclub.pl/warunki-rezerwacji)

On the day of check-in, we charge a deposit in accordance with § 3 para. 4 of Booking Conditions (https://vacationclub.pl/warunki-rezerwacji)

In certain apartments it is possible to stay with a pet. The additional fee is 30 PLN per pet, per night.

The fee for an additional person (e.g. for 5 people if the apartment is 4-person) is 100 PLN per person and / or 50 PLN per child up to 12 years old per night. The mattress and additional bed linen / towels must be provided by guests themselves.

It is possible to rent a baby bed for children aged 0-3 years for 60 PLN per night. Quantity available according to availability, reservation required in advance.

The offer does not include the climate fee / spa tax (the amount of the fee depends on the decisions made by the local authorities).
