People coming to Świnoujście from the south of Poland, e.g. Wroclaw or Szklarska Poręba, can take the national road no. 3, and people traveling from the center of the country, e.g. from Warsaw, the road number 10. From the Tri-City, you can reach Świnoujście by the national "six" to Goleniow. When arriving you should remember that the city is located on 44 islands. The three largest ones are Wolin, Krasibor and Uznam. Wolin is connected to Krasibor with a bridge, so we can get directly from one island to the other. If you want to get to Uznam, you can use a free and open ferry service, operated by Bielik ferries carrying pedestrians and passenger cars.
An alternative route, especially for people from the southern Poland, is the German border crossing on the island of Uznam: Świnoujście-Ahlbeck and Świnoujście-Garz. Those who choose this route can reach the resort without having to take a ferry.
