Regulations of the Unsupervised Outdoor Swimming Pool

  1. The swimming pool is an unsupervised facility – there is no lifeguard on duty on the premises.
  2. The swimming pool is open daily from 09:00 to 19:00. Using the pool outside the designated hours is strictly prohibited.
  3. You use the swimming pool at your own risk.
  4. Children under the age of 18 may only be present on the pool premises under the constant supervision of an adult, who bears full responsibility for them.
  5. Persons with unstable health conditions, particularly those suffering from heart conditions, circulatory disorders, balance disorders, or other ailments that may pose a risk while using the pool, should consult a doctor before entering.
  6. The sale, serving, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, and other psychoactive substances is strictly prohibited on the pool premises.
  7. Children under the age of 4 may use the pool only when wearing swim diapers.
  8. The swimming pool must be used in a safe manner that does not pose a danger to others. The following are prohibited:
    • Jumping into the pool basin.
    • Throwing or pushing other people into the water.
    • Bringing in dogs and other animals.
    • Damaging the pool equipment and facilities.
    • Littering the area and throwing snow, ice, or other objects into the pool basin.
    • Bringing in glass containers, sharp tools, and other dangerous objects.
    • Use of the pool by persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or other psychoactive substances.
    • Failure to comply with staff instructions and applicable safety regulations.
  9. The Manager is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from non-compliance with these Rules and Regulations.
  10. The swimming pool is managed by Zdrojowa Rent 2 Sp. z o.o.
  11. Entering the pool area constitutes acceptance of these Rules and Regulations.
  12. All persons present on the pool premises are obliged to maintain order, cleanliness, and quiet, as well as to strictly comply with the instructions of the staff and the Manager.
  13. The Manager is not liable for damages resulting from non-compliance with the provisions of these Rules and Regulations.
  14. The Manager reserves the right to make changes to these Rules and Regulations.
  15. Persons whose behavior indicates the consumption of alcohol, narcotics, or other psychoactive substances, as well as persons with visible symptoms of infectious diseases, may be asked to leave the pool premises.
  16. Persons who damage pool devices, equipment, or infrastructure bear full financial liability for the damage caused.
  17. The Manager is not liable for items left behind, lost, or stolen on the pool premises.
  18. Any person who causes water contamination requiring the pool to be closed for use is obliged to cover the costs of restarting the pool in the amount of PLN 5,000 (five thousand Polish zlotys) or the equivalent of EUR 1,200.
