How can I get an invoice for my vacation?
To receive an invoice, please contact us in advance at kontakt@vacationclub.pl, preferably before making your reservation, to agree on the details (different organizers may have separate policies regarding invoice requests). The following information is required to issue an invoice:
How long must my passport/ID card be valid before the trip?
The identity document you will travel with must be valid at the time of travel. Many countries require a passport or ID card to be valid for at least six months from the return date. Before departure, check the document requirements for your destination (available in the "Before Travel" section on the offer page). If your document's validity does not meet the requirements, airport check-in may not be possible.
How can I report discrepancies between the offer and the contract during the trip?
If you notice any discrepancies between the offer and the contract during your trip, contact the resident as soon as possible. The resident will accept your complaint and assist in resolving the issue locally. If the resident is unavailable, please contact the organizer's emergency number, which can be found in your contract or travel documents.
Who can I contact in case of an emergency (accident, theft, etc.)?
In emergencies such as accidents or theft, immediately contact local emergency services, such as the police, city guard, or ambulance. In European Union countries, the general emergency number is 112.
