1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for the provision of services by the Travel Agent (hereinafter referred to as the "Agent"), acting as an intermediary between the client (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") and tour operators, carriers, hotels, and other entities offering tourist services.
1.2. The Agent operates in accordance with the laws applicable in the Republic of Poland, particularly the Act of November 24, 2017, on Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements.
1.3. The Agent is not a tour operator and is not responsible for the performance of services provided by third parties.

5.1. Booking of tourist services is made upon the Client’s acceptance of the terms of the offer and these terms and conditions.

6.1. The Client has the right to cancel or modify a reservation in accordance with the conditions specified by the tour operator or other service provider.
6.2. Any costs associated with cancellation or changes to reservations are determined by the agreement with the tour operator.
6.3. The Agent undertakes to assist the Client in the process of cancellation or reservation changes.
7.1. The Agent processes the Client's personal data in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).
7.2. The Client's personal data is used solely for the execution of the agreement and communication with the Client.
7.3. The Client has the right to access, correct, request deletion, or restrict the processing of their data.
8.1. Complaints about services provided by the Agent can be submitted in writing, electronically, or in person at the Agent’s office.
8.2. The Agent undertakes to respond to complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
8.3. For complaints regarding services performed by tour operators or other entities, the Agent forwards the complaint to the appropriate institution and informs the Client of the outcome.
9.1. These terms and conditions come into effect on the date of their publication on the Agent’s website.
9.2. The Agent reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Such changes will take effect upon publication, provided they do not affect the rights of Clients arising from reservations made prior to the changes.
9.3. Any disputes arising from the implementation of these terms and conditions will be resolved by the competent common court in accordance with applicable law.
